Canada Post C-17 aircraft for the French Forces Help
OTTAWA, KOMPAS.com - Canada joined the list of countries that helped the French military intervention to ward off separatist forces in Mali. Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced on Monday (01/14/2013) local time, will send one heavy transport aircraft CC-177 (Canadian version of the C-17 Globemaster III) to help France.
"While the Canadian government not and will not consider direct Canadian military mission in Mali. Canada remains ready to provide logistical support for a clear and limited to helping the troops who intervened in Mali, "said Harper.
