Bomb explodes at Sufi Sacred Place, 2 Killed
KARACHI, KOMPAS.com - A bomb blast at a Sufi shrine killed at least two people and wounded 10 others in East Pakistan, Monday (25/02/2013), police said.
The bomb exploded at Lakhi Ghulam Shah shrine in the southern district of Shikarpur, about 400 kilometers from Karachi. In this place, the followers gathered to give homage to the Sufi scholars are buried in that place.
"At least two people were killed and another 10 injured after a bomb exploded at Lakhi Ghulam Shah shrine," said a senior police officer told Pervez Chandio AFP.
"We are still investigating the type of bomb that was detonated and the motive for the attack," Chandio said.
