PARIS, KOMPAS.com - Tens of thousands of people held a demonstration in Paris, France, rejected the new policy to legalize same-sex marriage.

Local police estimated up to 150,000 people participated in the action in the city center, but the stunt coordinator said the number could reach one million people.

On Saturday (25/5), as many as 50 people were arrested for blocking the Champ-Elysees.
